Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the box. The return address will show our business name without any reference to vaping or cannabis products.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, a refund minus original shipping costs will be issued.

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons including wrong item received, defective product, or missing items.
